Ingredients:

2 Cups Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Mixed Nuts Choppped
4 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 Teaspoon Salt coarse
4 Eggs beaten
1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil
3 Cups Zucchini Grated

Directions:

1. Beat together eggs, oil and sugar.

2. Mix together the dry ingredients until smooth.

3. Mix all together well and spread into greased jelly roll pan.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
