Ingredients:

1 Egg lightly beaten
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Mixed Nuts Choppped
1/2 Teaspoon Salt coarse
3/4 Cup Margarine stick
1 1/2 Cups Zucchini Grated

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Bake at 350, 8-10 minutes

3. NOTE: The recipe was given to me by my hairdresser who got it from a client.

4. When I made them, they took closer to 15-18 minutes to bake.

5. The cookies are very moist and stay chewy.
