Zucchini Stew

Ingredients:

1/2 Teaspoon Oregano dried leaf
4 Cloves Of Garlic
1 Teaspoon Basil
15 Ounces Tomatoes canned
24 Ounces Picante Sauce
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Pounds Italian Sausages cut in chunks
2 Green Bell Peppers chopped coarse
2 Cups Zucchini unskinned and cubed

Directions:

1. Brown sausage in Dutch oven in oil and garlic.

2. Add salsa, tomatoes and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes and add remaining ingredients to boil, shut off heat and let stand 20 minutes.
