Angel Hair with Scallops

1 Cup White Wine
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Pound Scallop
2 Shallots (4)
3 teaspoons Garlic cloves
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley
1 Can Plum Tomatoes
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
1/2 Pound Angel Hair Pasta
8 Mushrooms -- thickly sliced

1. Heat oil in saute pan over medium heat.

2. Stir in thyme & parsley.

3. Stir to mix well.

4. Increase heat to high.

5. Reduce heat and add scallops.

6. Cook pasta in pot of boiling water for about 4 minutes.

7. Pour scallops and sauce over pasta.

8. Toss together and serve. Approximately 8-10 minutes.
