Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Butter
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Flour
4 Eggs beaten

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425.

2. Divide butter into two pie plates.

3. Blend together eggs, milk, flour.

4. Melt butter in pie plate. Divide batter between pie plates.

5. Bake 20 minutes.

6. We had thickened spiced (cinnamon, cloves) peaches over the top.

this is one of my favorite goto recipes. Its beautiful, simple & I can use any fruit that I happen to have.

hmmm. Mine were good but they came out looking (puffy) and tasting more like Yorkshire pudding than Danish pancakes.

Add nutella and/or cinnamon to make it even better!
