A CRAWFISH PIE WITH REDBEANS AND RICE WITH CORNBREAD TOPPING. A WHOLE MEAL IN A PIE

Ingredients:

2 lbs Crawfish Cooked
1 cup Red Beans cooked
1 cup White Rice
1 dash Sweet Cornbread of martha white,
1/4 cup White Onion diced
1/4 cup Green Onion chopped
2 Boudine Sausage grilled
1 Smoked Sausage concue link
1 Pie Crust deep dish

Directions:

1. PEEL THE TAILS OF THE CRAWDADS, PLACE IN A BOWL,SQUEEZE THE JUICE FROM THE HEADS OVER THE CRAWFISH TAILS. 2. GRILL BOTH SAUSAGES UNTIL DONE AND SLICE INTO ROUNDS, PLACE SAUSAGE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE PIE SHELL, POUR THE CRAWDAD TAILS AND JUICE OVER THE SAUSAGE.

3. IN A POT COOK RICE PER DIRECTIONS IN ANOTHER POT COOK RED BEANS PER DIRECTIONS.

4. LET RICE AND BEANS COOL, THEN POUR OVER CRAWDAD TAILS, MIX CORNBREAD PER DIRECTIONS, AND POUR OVER PIE MIXTURE, COOK AT 375 UNTIL CORNBREAD IS A GOLDEN BROWN.

5. LET COOL SO THE MIXTURE GET A LITTLE THICK. SLICE AND ENJOY
