Ingredients:

1 Teaspoon Salt to taste
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seed Ground
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice fresh
1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley minced
1/2 Cup Cilantro
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Paprika
3 Cloves Of Garlic chopped

Directions:

1. In food processor or blender, blend parsley, fresh coriander and garlic until finely chopped.

2. Blend in lemon juice, salt, paprika, cumin and cayenne.

3. Add olive oil; process until incorporated.

4. Taste; adjust seasoning if necessary.
