Orange Lobster Shrimp

You can feel the tropical breeze as you bite into this delicious lobster and shrimp meal. Serving this over your favorite pasta will stretch your seafood dollar. A must meal to enjoy on a cold winter day when all you can do is dream of summer.


1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 1/2 lbs Lobster cooked, cut into chunks
24 Shrimp
2 Cloves Of Garlic minced
1/2 cup Orange Juice
2 teaspoons Fresh Marjoram
2 teaspoons Fresh Oregano
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

1. Heat oil in skillet.

2. Add shrimp and garlic, cook, stirring, until shrimp turn pink. Add cooked lobster meat and stir.

3. Add orange juice, bring to boil, cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.

4. Remove from heat, stir in marjoram, oregano, salt & pepper to taste, serve.

5. Serve with pasta or rice.
