Orange Sauce for Ribs

2 Tablespoons Water or orange juice
1/3 Cup Orange Marmalade (tart)
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce mustard, tarragon, basil, parsl
2 Teaspoons Cornstarch (15 g)
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
1 Centiliter Garlic minced

1. Combine marmalade, lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic in saucepan.

2. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into marmalade mixture.

3. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils.

4. Parboil good supply of ribs about 20 minutes in boiling water.

5. Can be frozen in foil until ready for use. Grill ribs and brush with Sauce.

6. Turn and brush again until all of Sauce is used up.
