1 Pound Shrimp raw
8 Ounces Cream Cheese 8 oz -softened
2 Cups Green Onions chopped fine
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezd
2 Tablespoons Parsley chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Salt (non iodized)
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper ;
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise (optional)
1/2 Cup Celery chopped

1. Boil, peel and devein shrimp.

2. Chop finely and set aside. In a bowl, blend cream cheese with onion, celery, lemon juice, parsley, salt, cayenne pepper, and mayonnaise.

3. Fold in chopped shrimp and refrigerate overnight.
