1/2 Cup Heavy Cream plus
2 Tablespoons Flour sifted, all-purpose
2 Tablespoons Butter Or Vegetable, 3 Tbl
1 Dash Ground Nutmeg and pepper
12 Oysters shucked

Directions:

1. In a small saute pan combine the oysters, oyster liquor and heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

2. Cook the oyster until just firm, about 5 minutes.
