This is a simple recipe to warm you in the winter months and sure to be a family favorite. The brown sugar adds just the right flavor that makes the mouth simply water.


1 lb Red Beans
2 Bell Peppers medium chopped
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
Salt to taste
2 lb Hot Links sliced
2 Onions medium chopped
1 Fresh Chili Pepper chopped

1. Soak beans overnight.

2. Saute hot links, peppers and onions in a little cooking oil or olive oil.

3. Cook beans; add vegetables and hot links to last 30 minutes of cooking.
